New program session starts on January 5th 2009

TEEN HOUR
This program is for members 13 to 15 years of age.  Work out in the fitness area from 3:15pm to 4:15pm Monday thru Friday.  You need to have your parents sign a permission form and you sign a code of conduct agreement and you must be a member. 

GROUP EXERCISE

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is an all-out workout for your entire body.  It is an action packed 40 minute workout.  This program is held on Monday at 5:00pm; Tuesday at 9:30pm, and Thursday at 5:00pm.  Members $25.00; Non-Members $40.00 for all classes.


CIRCUIT TRAINING

Cardio workout with music using a combination of bosu balls, medicine balls, bands, aerobic bars, dumbbells, step aerobics, etc.. Every six weeks will be different. Classes are Monday and Wednesday from 9-9:45 a.m. for a six week session. Members $25.00 Participants $40.00. Contact Missy for more infromation!

DO-IT YOURSELF WORKOUT

Bring your favorite excersice DVD or VHS video. We will be selecting a different video randomly each week to workout to. This is for members only and is a FREE six week program. The program will start on Wednesday January 7th and will begin at 6:15 p.m.


PERSONAL TRAINING

WEIGHT WATCHERS
Now meeting at the YMCA every Tuesday.  Weigh in is at 5:30pm and the meeting will begin at 6:00pm.

100 MILE CLUB
Go the distance walking, running, riding the bike, or using the elliptical machine.  Simply fill out the mileage sheet each time you visit our fitness area.

AQUATICS

SWIM LESSONS
For potty trained children three years old and up.  The lessons are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00pm to 6:40pm.  You will receive 12 forty minute classes.  Members $30.00; Non-Member $50.00.  The pool is closed during swim lessons.  20 children maximum.

ADULT SWIM LESSONS
You are never too old to learn to swim!  Take advantage of our adult swim lessons and learn how to keep your self afloat.  Members $50.00; Non-Members $75.00.  Lessons are scheduled at the convenience of the instructor and student.

WATER AEROBICS
Gentle on your joints, increases aerobic capacity, firms your body and it's FUN!  The classes are offered Monday thru Friday @7:30am & Monday, Wednesday, & Friday @10:00am.  Members FREE; Non-Members $30.00.

HYDRO JOG
Work out in the deep water with us at the YMCA.  This is an intense, one hour, workout with the assistance of floatation belts.  A great workout for your entire body!  This is offered on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6:15pm.  Members $25.00; Non-Members $40.00 for a six week session.  

PROGRAM PASS
There is something NEW to our YMCA and it is a Program Pass.  This pass is good for each 6 week program session and for up to 18 classes during that session.  Programs include Hydro Jog, and Kickboxing.  The cost is Members $30.00; Non-Members $45.00.
